grouping geometry for nesting in grasshopper

HiI'm trying to nest a small square within a larger rectangle in grasshopper. (i.e. a hole)  When i nest it treats the geometry as seperate objects rather than one large rectangle with a square hole in it. it works fine in plain rhino by grouping the objects but you can't group geometry in grasshopper.I'm using c# to create the geometry does anyone know of a way to combine separate curves into the one object (that RhinoNest will see as one object) either with a grasshopper component or a c# method?thankstimContinue

Hi.I posted this yesterday and it seems to have been deleted?I have Rhino 5 with Rhino next 3 both talking to my Zoo server.When i launch rhino i get the following message "RhinoNest the evaluation license has expired"However, as you can see buy the attached screenshot the license manager shows my license activated.Why am i receiving this ?Continue

RhinoNest 3.0/Zoo 5.0 problems, "Digital signature missing",... 6 Replies

Hello, we have the zoo 5.0 licence manager running on a windows machine. There we have some Rhino 5.0 licences and one RhinoNest 3.0 licence. I installed RhinoNest on two machines (Win7 and XP) where Rhino is working without licence problems using the zoo. 1. Each time i start Rhino a message box pops up:"Plugin load failed: Digital signature misssing for "C:\Program Files\RhinoNest 3.0\System\RhinoNest.rhp".- I downloaded RhinoNest again and reinstalled it.... same result!   2. The licence type is zoo, user Information are made and the licence message is;"Your licence has been activated! Enjoy RhinoNest!"I got no Feedback in the zoo Server. The licence is still availibe even if it is in use. And i get the following message in the command line each time i use RhinoNest:"Thank you for evaluating T-Splines for Rhino.…Continue

RhinoNest load protection on Rhino start / licence check at request ?? 3 Replies

Hi, is there an option to get rid of the error message on rhino start when all rhinonest Network licences are in use?We have several rhino licences together with some rhinonest licences installed on our zoo licence server. The first users get both licences even if they don't use rhinonest. All other get an error message when they start rhino. 1. Would it be an option to sent the error message when you want to use rhinonest functions and you have no licence? Same result but you only get the message when you want to use it.2. Would it be possible to request a licence key when you want to use rhinonest functions instead of at rhino start? regards,JohannesContinue

RhinoNest 3.0 with Zoo 5.0 Problem 6 Replies

Hello. I'm a lab technician at a college in Brooklyn, NY. I need to float RhinoNest licenses on Zoo 5.0. I followed the tutorial from TDM solutions website, (http://www.tdmsolutions.com/zoo.htm)  but I'm still unable to add RhinoNest licenses for Zoo 5.0. On Zoo 4.0, the option was there to add RN licenses, but it doesn't seem to be available for Zoo 5.0. Is this correct?  Please, let me know how to resolve this issue.Continue
