Hi,
Somehow, trying to nest the 96 objects in the file below on multiple 1.450m x 1.550m sheets, RhinoNest neatly nests about 90 of them before displaying a "There are no more solutions" error. I've tried varying basically every setting around but it seems I'm doing something wrong, as it keeps doing the same thing. Any idea what that might be? I attached both the Rhinoceros file and an image of my settings. All metric values are in meters, not millimeters. The one very important setting is the "minimize area" setting.
Help would be highly appreciated :)

Basically this error means: I have curves to nest but I can not! :) Usually this is a problem of parameters.
Let see these 3 cases:
1. Is your parameters, there are 5 curves is not possible to nest. Basically becuase Object Criterion is Minimal area. Object criterion define the initial position the object before to the nesting. In other words, before to do the nesting, rotate the curve, in this cases in the position when it use the Min area.
2. Same as 1, but Object Criterion by Given Orientation..., and Freedom Free.
3. Object Criterion: Minimal Area and Free.
Just a point, let me recommend you to work in mm, you are working on meters. RhinoNest is optimized to work on mm, becuase the machines works in mm.
My recomendation is, if you need to model in meters, great!, but when you start to work in manufacturing convert to mm, basically all the machines CNC and laser works in mm.
If you have any doubt, don't hesitate to contact me.
Thanks and best regards,
