Let me recommend you the next steps to be sure:
0. Close Rhino
1. Uninstall RhinoNest 2.1 and/or RhinoNest 2.0.
2. Go to C:\Program files\ and delete the folders of RhinoNest.

I generally use the list by layer command. But it is the same for list and list by name. I am using the latest version of RhinoNest 2.0.0.8.
