Hi Thanks for the reply. It seems I have Rhinnest 2.0.0.4 not 6. I will download the latest version. The error on my version was fixed once I deleted the 96 x 44 dimension. Anyway, ......opps, it just crashed again while I am typing this. I will…

I think I may have solved this. Having dimensions on the sheet that one will be nesting on appears to cause it to crash. I just deleted the dimensions, and now (so far) it's working. :)

MY latest Rhinonest is crashing

I am trying to nest these parts (see attached).  I need a quanity of 5 for each part.  About 5 seconds after execute, it crashes.  I checked the parts to make sure they are closed lines and that seemed fine. In the parameters, I have the rotation as + or - 90 Deg.  Also, on a side note, is there a URL that directs me to technical support email addresses?  I go into the profiles of the various creators of this page/software and I can see an online form (send a message) but there is no where to…See More

I think this is an awesome idea. I run into this problem all the time. If an item is nested on a metal or alloy for example that will later be formed with a sharp radius, it will crack if it is not nested relative to the metal sheet grain. So now,…

I think I figured out a fix. I exploded the block and created a group. It then nested fine.
